  • Step 1: Welcome to section 5 of the Capital Ring. This walk begins at Streatham and ends at Wimbledon Park.

  • If starting at Streatham Common station turn left along the approach road.

  • Continue in the same direction following Estreham Road  along the fence beside by the railway.

  • As you pass a footbridge over the railway on the left you come to a signpost that marks the start of section 5. Continue on Estreham Road.

  • Where the road curves to the right,  turn left through a row of bollards and walk under the railway through a low subway.
