Step 1: This walk begins at the Barbican Water Gardens.
Step 2: These circular seating areas are surrounded by foliage and tranquil waters, a great spot to relax.
Step 3: Take the stairs (there are ramps as well) up to Gilbert Bridge.
Step 4: Take in the views of the Barbican fountains. They play an essential part in aerating the lake, allowing the fish to survive!
Step 5: Continue through the tunnel and follow the walkway as it veers left and right.
Step 6: The St Giles Cripplegate can be seen on your right. One of the few medieval churches that remain in the City of London.
