• Step 1: The walk starts at the New Inn Rockland St Mary, parking is available at the public car park on the opposite side of the road 100m towards Rockland St Mary

• 

  Step 2: Walk past moorings in front of the pub and turn left onto Wherrymans Way. Pass through gates along a bank the broad on your left.

• 

  Step 3: After the bird hide follow the path for some great views over the broad.

• 

  Step 4: Take a sharp right down a path then follow this to the River Yare.

• 

  Step 5: You’ll pass a pump house, in the distance you can see Cantley Sugar Factory.

• 

  Step 6: At the Beauchamp Arms. Follow the path right, (the pub isn’t open in winter)
